"Multiculturalism is a failure" she said

Just about five years ago, Madame Merkel was going around making speeches declaring multiculturalism to be a failure. Anybody remember that? I do.

“Multikulti”, the concept that “we are now living side by side and are happy about it,” does not work, Merkel told a meeting of younger members of her conservative Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party at Potsdam near Berlin.
“This approach has failed, totally,” she said, adding that immigrants should integrate and adopt Germany’s culture and values.

At the time I remember blogging about it rather skeptically, seeing this declaration as a cynical ploy to mollify immigration critics, and somehow it seemed to fool a lot of people on the "right". There were a number of articles and blog pieces hailing Merkel and the other Western leaders (like Cameron, who made the rounds spouting the same talking points, as did the then-Prime Minister of Australia, among others)  for their supposed epiphany. It seems my viewpoint was not a popular one then; people took Merkel and the rest at face value. As if they are trustworthy; as if they are anything but dyed-in-the-wool ideologues who are in office to further the globalist, multicult agenda above all, and to preside over the slow, lingering death of the West, of former Christendom.

When Merkel et al pronounced multiculturalism officially 'dead', they did not mean that the demographic tide, the forced transformation of Europe and the West was going to be turned back or reversed. Far from it. And they made little attempt to pretend otherwise. In the years since the 'multiculturalism is a failure' act, stories came out in which European leaders announced matter-of-factly that something like 50 million Africans were expected to come to Europe in the near future. People like arch-globalist Peter Sutherland talked openly about 'undermining' the homogeneity of the European peoples.

So when these European puppet leaders blather about the 'failure of multiculturalism', notice that they speak of the necessity of integration. Now that may sound good to the unthinking masses, especially Americans who have been taught that integration is a double-plus-good thing because separation of any kind is double-plus-ungood. But former French leader Nicolas Sarkozy was more explicit when he lectured the French people about the imperative to mix with the 'newcomers' -- metissage was the word he used. The ethnicities and races must mix, mate, blend together, he indicated, until any distinctions were insignificant.

If multiculturalism is to be replaced by 'integration', it means that the peoples of Europe will be genetically mixed out of existence, along with their traditions and way of life. The historic peoples of Europe will be overwhelmed and lost. What price 'diversity' then, when whole ethnies will be submerged in the tidal waves from the Third World?

Ethnopatriots 'get it.' At least I hope they do; no thinking person should be fooled by these European 'leaders' and their forked tongues. But it seems there are still some 'conservatives' who still haven't grasped what's happening.  Some of these people, the Republican loyalist types, are actually rejoicing at Germany's distress, or gloating that we in this country are in better shape than the hapless Europeans. Think again. The West is already under a monolithic globalist leadership, but for now we are allowed to have a pretense of independent governments, or 'elected' officials who are supposedly subject to the will of the people. But if we look at the people behind the curtain, it's obvious that there is an overarching agenda and plan that is being put into effect, more rapidly of late. Is it too late to stop the globalist juggernaut?
